Paula Korut is designed and handcrafted in Viikinmäki, Helsinki.
The earrings and chains are made of stainless, nickel-free steel, while the other metal parts of the jewelry are made of tarnish-resistant copper wire.
Additionally, the jewelry in the Forest collection features brass metal parts.

Some of the jewelry features 18K gold plating. The earrings use glass beads (Berry and Forest collections) and acrylic beads (Hearts collection).

What do I do if the product breaks or is defective?

Shipping
All of our products have a delivery time of 2 to 14 business days.
The products are handcrafted, and the delivery time depends on whether the item is already in stock or made-to-order.

JEWELRY CARE

Berry Collection:
The jewelry in the Berry collection features glass beads. The earring hoops are made of stainless steel (some with 18K gold plating), which is a highly durable material.
The post/wire of the earrings is made of allergy-friendly surgical steel. However, it is not recommended for new or unhealed piercings.
The small metal components of the jewelry are handcrafted from tarnish-resistant copper wire.
We recommend storing the jewelry in a dry place.
Additionally, you should avoid contact with chemicals (such as hairspray) and remove the jewelry before showering.

Forest collection: 
The teardrop bead is made of clear, color-treated glass. The color of the jewelry may wear off due to repeated exposure to water, chemicals, or friction, and it does not withstand heavy sweating.
We recommend storing the jewelry in a dry place.
Additionally, you should avoid contact with chemicals (such as hairspray) and remove the jewelry before showering.
